It has its own separate entrance and sleeps 4, with a spacious double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area. It has a well-stocked kitchenette and a bathroom with spa bath.

Bi-fold doors open up from the living area directly onto a large patio for alfresco dining in a peaceful garden setting. For evenings when it's too cool to sit outside, a large flat-screen TV provides instant entertainment.

The suburb of Balgowlah is largely residential. It is very family-friendly and has great amenities to keep young children happy, including a waterside park and playground a few metres from the duplex. If peace and quiet is wanted, but with easy accessibility to Manly and Sydney, this duplex is highly recommended.
