Interesting art and artifacts adorn the shelves, and large timber sliding doors lead onto a spacious balcony featuring an outdoor table and chairs and sun umbrella for those lazy, Sunday lunches.

Internally, the property comprises two spacious double bedrooms, and sleeps 4 very comfortably. It has a bathroom with separate shower cubicle, and an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Recently re-decorated and tastefully furnished, it is situated in a very quiet residential lane in beautiful Balgowlah, 5 minutes' drive from Manly, or 25 minutes' walk along the Spit Bridge to Manly coastal path which passes the property. It is a two minute walk to buses to Manly or the city.

Free parking is available outside the property, and facilities include a full-sized oven and hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, iron, hair dryer, ceiling fans /heaters and a gas BBQ. For entertainment, there is a large, flat-screen TV, a dvd player and stereo.

If peace and quiet is wanted, but easy accessibility to Manly and Sydney, this duplex is highly recommended. The apartment is non-smoking. All linen is supplied.
